Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Bookibaba.com are digital eBooks delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once your purchase is completed and the product is downloaded or accessed.
Cancellation Rights
You may request to cancel your order only under the following conditions:
Before Download/Access: If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and the eBook has not yet been downloaded or accessed.
Technical Issues: If the eBook file is defective, corrupted, or undelivered due to an error on our part.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited to:
Unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., technical failure on our end preventing access).
